ICC’s involvement with this project included a burner startup for natural gas and refinery gas as well as input for the control of varying BTU valued fuel. This burner configuration was used to generate steam with a package water tube boiler firing natural gas and the refineries off-gas when available. Burner tuning was completed to limit carbon emissions as well as optimizer burner/boiler efficiency.
