This facilities operation was taken over by NORESCO and upgraded with new equipment. Steam is supplied throughout the entire campus. 

Accomplishments

• Completed the original startup and settings of the four boilers and burners and their ancillary equipment for B&W service group.
• Once significant completion was established by controls vendor, took over and completed the I&C and SCADA programming and maintenance.
• In 2001, successfully tested and installed an improved oil burner nozzle, resulting in a 45% NOx reduction in emissions.
• Performed annual calibrations on all instrumentation, and annual boiler tuning.
