Filled out registration form along with credit card payment, is the only acceptable method of registration for our training seminar. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on first-come-first-served bases only, and will NOT be held based on an e-mail, or a telephone conversation.
California Boiler, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training if the minimum number of attendees is not reached, or any other reason beyond our control.
Refunds will not be provided for no-shows. Travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the training attendees and/or their respective employers. The cost of the training is per person and covers both days. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days of training.
Cancelation with a refund will be honored up to (10) business days before the training. Refunds will not be offered for cancelations within the (10) business days preceding the training and will be noted as ‘no-shows’.
To be eligible for a Training Certificate, the participants will be required to attend both days of training.
After attending both days, the technician will be issued a certificate indicating successful completion of the training.
To register for the training, please fill out one Registration Form for each attendee. Registrations will be processed on a “first-come-first-serve” basis only.
Credit Card Authorization form must be filled out and returned to us along with the Registration Form(s). Your card will be charged at the time your Registration Form is processed – Invoice will be provided for your records.
We require one registration form per attendee, but the payment for multiple attendees from the same company can be combined on one Credit Card Authorization Form.
