- 30 and 50 HP boilers are skid-mounted, and include the following:
- 30 & 50 hp ASME 2 pass wet back package Hurst firetube boiler
- Low NOx burner (natural gas or propane)
- South Coast AQMD permits (< 9 ppm NOx)
- Gas regulator
- Control panel package (Siemens)
- Valve trim (header, safeties, blowdown, etc.)
- Duplex feedwater system/condensate return tank
- Blowdown tank with after cooler
- Operating manuals
- Single point electrical connection
Our 119 and 150 HP mobile boiler rooms are installed in an enclosed 48’ trailer unit. These systems are designed at 150 psig pressure and fire natural gas or propane. Fully piped and wired, these systems include the following components:
